Use GIFs & stickers in Google Chat

To express yourself with fun visuals, you can use the multimedia picker in Chat to send GIFs and stickers in a direct message or space.

Send a GIF

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chat app or Gmail app .
   • In the Gmail app, at the bottom, tap Chat .
2. Open a direct message or space.
3. At the bottom, tap Action menu GIF .
4. Tap a GIF Send .
