You can talk to Gemini or Google Assistant to control Google apps and services built into your car.

Important: Google Gemini has added filters to limit inappropriate content. These filters aren’t perfect, and may produce responses not suitable for children and minors in your vehicle. Gemini can make mistakes, so it should not be relied on for critical information or safety-related matters while driving. Use of Gemini while children and/or minors are in the car is at your own risk. To disable Gemini at any time, go to Settings. For safety reasons, please make changes when parked.

Follow these steps to talk to Gemini or Google Assistant:
- Choose one of three ways to start:
- Say “Hey Google.”
- Tap the microphone
or spark

- Press and hold the voice command button on your steering wheel.
- Wait until you hear the tone.
- Say what you’d like to do.
Find examples of things you can do with Gemini or Google Assistant:
You can also say “Hey Google, let’s talk” or “Hey Google, let’s talk live” to brainstorm, explore, and learn something new with Gemini Live. For example, you can say things such as:
- "I'm planning a trip to Lake Tahoe. What are some family friendly things to do there?
- Are there mountain biking trails?
- How much does it cost to rent mountain bikes?"
For help and more examples, simply say "Hey Google, help."
